You can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll cover the postage. Just complete the form below with your reason for return and we’ll email you a prepaid return label along with step-by-step instructions.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Prefer a different size or style? Let us know when submitting your return and we’ll organise an exchange.
Return postage isn’t covered by Quarter Carat at this time. We recommend using a tracked service so your parcel arrives safely.
