Shipping

We ship Australia-wide and aim to process your order the same day it’s received. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey from our door to yours.

If you’re ordering from overseas, hello :) Please complete the form below so we can arrange shipping to you. Be sure to include your delivery country/city.

30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? No worries. You can return your purchase by post within 30 days of delivery. Just complete the below form with your reason for return and we’ll guide you through the process.

To be eligible, jewellery must be unworn, in a saleable condition and with its original packaging. We will require proof of purchase or order number. Please note that we cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

We want you to love your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, we make returns simple.

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn
• In their original condition
• Returned with all packaging and proof of purchase

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned or exchanged.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Prefer a different size or style? Let us know when submitting your return and we’ll organise an exchange.

Return Shipping

Return postage isn’t covered by Quarter Carat at this time. We recommend using a tracked service so your parcel arrives safely.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, contact us at hello@quartercarat.com.au.

We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
